At Jurney’s Assisted Living the safety and health of our residents, patients, and staff is our top priority. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and are following guidance from the CDC, other local, state and federal health organizations to do our part to help lessen the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).

To provide you with timely and relevant information, we are adding this web-based communications platform. This allows us to provide daily updates so that you have access to the most up-to-date key information on our efforts to protect our residents, patients and staff.

  • Indoor visitation is allowed.
  • Communal Dining has resumed.
  • Communal Activities have resumed.
  • Any family member of a resident 18 years of age or older may now be vaccinated for COVID-19 at our facility.  If you have not been vaccinated but would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine please contact Andrew Martin at 704-878-0046 to reserve your spot.
  • All vaccinated staff are administered a Rapid COVID tests every Monday.
  • All unvaccinated staff are administered a Rapid COVID test on both Monday and Friday.
  • We are performing resident screenings daily including temperature checks.
  • We are performing staff screenings at the beginning of each shift including temperature checks.
  • No outside Healthcare providers coming in to the facility to perform essential care functions are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 (coronavirus). We are screening outside Healthcare providers before allowing entry including temperature checks. They are also being tested twice weekly before being allowed entry to the building.
  • iPads are being utilized to provide observation, consultation and certain adjustments and/or recommendations for the resident’s routine care needs. Emergent and more detailed care is still being provided in-person as needed.
  • Our supply levels remain sufficient to serve our residents at this point in time.
